What is your refund policy?

The Quark eStore does not offer returns or refunds, all sales are final.

To locate your order status, please login to your account (Login to your account) then click on the order in the Order/Billing History section.

What if I forgot my password?

Forgot your password? Request a new password.

My Serial Number is not working. What should I do?

First, be sure you have the correct serial number. You can retrieve your serial number from the Order/Billing History section of your account: Login to your account.

Please remember that serial numbers, registration numbers, unlock codes and passwords are usually case sensitive and if they are not entered correctly, you will be unable to install the program.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Do you accept foreign currency?

All prices are listed in USD (US Dollar) currency unless otherwise noted. When you place your order in USD, credit card charges are converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency. If you are not using a credit card, PayPal supports payments in 24 currencies. As a buyer, you can pay for your purchase by selecting the currency of your choice. Your payment will be automatically converted to USD.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as: "Quark Inc."

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing address has been entered during checkout.

Pursuant to the Digital VAT Directive, European Union (EU) customers will be charged value-added tax (VAT) on all downloaded digital products and services including software. A national VAT rate will be applied on physical goods for customers based in EU countries. This VAT may not be shown as a separate charge during checkout and may instead be included in the product price (VAT inclusive pricing).

 

How can I get a copy of my receipt?

To view and/or print your receipt, please login to your account and locate the order in the Order/Billing History section, then choose Print Receipt: Login to your account.

Can I order without a credit card?

Yes. In addition to Credit Cards, we accept PayPal.

If you choose to pay by PayPal, select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?

No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service (cservice@quark.com). Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
